VINTAGE BLACK 'STRIP' CHAIRS BY GIJS BAKKER FOR CASTELIJN, 1970s
Description
This timeless design is one of our favs. The Strip chair was designed with simplifying the chair's form in mind, and is made of only four strips of laminated beechwood that are linked together by dowels. It's simple flowy form allows the chairs to be stacked up to six pieces. The Strip dining chair and armchair were designed by Gijs Bakker in 1974 and produced in a limited number by Castelijn in the Netherlands.

Standard: ground floor/doorstep delivery by professional transport partner, 2-4 weeks. Small or easily disassembled furniture can be shipped by a parcel service in 1-2 weeks.

We can arrange shipping to the UK, but please be aware of the UK import TAX of 20% over the grand total.

Packing or storage fee
Please note that packing international deliveries can cost us a lot of extra time and a packing fee for multiple items may apply. Unfortunately we are not able to store your purchase for more than 4 weeks without charging a weekly storage fee.
